Booking Deposits
100% refundable. No questions asked. Just make sure you give us at least 48 hours notice!
Consultation Fees
If you attend a consultation and feel you didn’t receive value for your money, we offer the following:
100% refund, credited to your in-clinic account, or
A 50% refund of the consultation fee (not applicable to Dermatologist appointments).
Treatment Fees
If you’ve had a consultation and choose to proceed with treatment:
100% in-clinic credit, or
A 50% refund of the treatment fee (excluding consultation and lab fees, if applicable).
General Terms
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our patient support team at enquiries@revitaliselondon.co.uk within 4 weeks of the consultation or treatment date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 28 working days after approval.
Please note that all refunds and re-treatment options are subject to review and approval by our clinical team to ensure fairness and patient safety.
Please be aware that opting for re-treatment voids the option of a refund.
Disclaimer
This refund policy is applicable only to patients who attend consultations or receive treatments on or after 1st October 2025.
Please note that cash refunds are capped at a maximum of £500. Any amounts exceeding this cap will be issued as in-clinic credit.
